DPS Penn is a land acquisition firm that has a strategic alliance with Chesapeake Energy ("Chesapeake") in parts of the Marcellus Shale in Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio. We are an affiliate of the Dale family of companies based out of Dallas, Texas. Dale began operating in 1981 in East Texas and has drilled over 350 wells. Most recently, Dale pioneered the urban leasing trend in North Texas and started a strategic alliance with Chesapeake in 2006.

It is our job to prepare all the oil and gas rights for operations. We conduct research and work with property owners to educate them on the process to fully develop their oil and gas rights.
