PINK GAS PLEDGE DONATION

November 18, 2010 — DPS Penn, a locally-based natural gas leasing company, recently presented Magee-Womens Research Institute and Foundation ("Magee") with a $25,000 check as part of its Pink Gas Pledge Campaign.

Through the months of September and October, DPS Penn pledged $1.00 for every acre of land it leased as a donation for Magee. Additionally, DPS Penn encouraged its friends and neighbors in surrounding communities to join the cause and make direct donations to Magee through the Pink Gas Pledge website.

Bennett Wood, President of DPS Penn presented the $25,000 check to Arthur Scully, Vice President of Magee-Womens Research Institute & Foundation at a special presentation luncheon on November 17.

DPS Penn also presented a bouquet of Pink Roses to breast cancer survivor Shannon Armstrong in honor of her courageous victory in the battle against cancer.

"We are very proud of the amount of support that the Pink Gas Pledge has gained in its first year and are very excited about continuing and building upon the tradition each year," said DPS Penn.

DPS Penn is hopeful that the 2011 Pink Gas Pledge will be even more successful than its first year, and would like to thank the landowners that leased in the months in September and October, who helped make the Pink Gas Pledge a success.
