THE DRILLING PROCESS

Throughout the entire process, Dale is "With You From The Beginning." Dale is available anytime andlooks forward to building a prosperous relationship with you.

LEASING   Signing the leasing agreement
Our employees will research the oil and gas records to verify that the correct owner signs the oil and gas lease. This process can be very complicated and time consuming, but do not worry, we will do this work for you.

PERMITTING   Gaining permission to drill
Before drilling can occur, the drilling company must comply with all applicable city, state, and federal regulatory agencies. The well must be permitted by the required agencies before any drilling can occur.

DRILLING   The drilling process begins
On average, it will take approximately 30 days to drill one well. When drilling in complete, all drilling equipment will be removed from the padsite. Next, a fracture stimulation crew will setup and perform their work, which occurs only during daytime hours and usually lasts for approximately one week per well.

PRODUCING   Regulating the flow of gas
A wellhead or "Christmas tree" is installed on top of the wellbore to control and regulate the flow of natural gas into the pipeline to be transported and sold to domestic markets.

ROYALTIES   Receiving your royalty payment
Oil and gas rights owners can expect to usually start receiving monthly royalty payments approximately 90 days after the gas is sold. It is important to remember that you will only receive royalty payments for a producing well that is included in your unit.
